Firstly, the Constitution grants citizens rights -->born<-- in the United States, not counting fetuses. However, you won't listen to that because you cherish the 2nd amend too much, while taking out the 1st(Freedom of Religion, which The Right want to replace with Christiantiy), the 14th(Give rights to all born in the United States, but The Right want to include denying rights from Homosexuals), The 19th(Giving Women the ability to vote, but The Right want Gender Roles), and all of that falls out with the Declaration of Independence, "We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal."
Now, why are you taking it out on the transgender community over abortion? If anything, perversion is commonplace -->all over<-- the whole nation, but in the bathrooms it is undeniably rare. And besides, I bet you watch so much porn that you can call yourself a pervert, or I can call you one. I bet that you're going to say (because a lot of people do) that the trans community is only 0.01% of America, well it isn't: it's 0.3%, still rare, but not exaggerated. Either way, is them being a minority really the reason we should deny them rights? This is exactly what happened during the Civil Rights movement in the 1960's: They were a minority, and they were denied rights. In your mind, you would think "Oh my god, the population is so small, it's almost as if they're invisible. Let's ignore them!" because of a crime that barely, or doesn't at all exist. In fact, did you know that approximately 41% of transgendered people attempt suicide because of the way they're treated? That means whether you're acceptant of them or not, it still doesn't help the amount of discrimination that isn't being targeted towards them, and not towards the actual "perverts". Nice of you to mention the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transexual community. What's your stance on homosexual marriage?
