Challenge for all top users. Prove it is your memes and not your status that makes your memes popular. I bet none of you will.

Every top user started with zero points. They've earned their place on the leaderboard.

This has nothing to do with their place on the leader board. This is just to show that deep down their memes are really are no better than anyone else's memes.

I havn't bin on the front page goin on two months, I get anywhere from 5 to 20 ups on my memes, and a majority of my points come from commenting. I've only submitted 6 memes in the last 2 weeks but got 50k points. And alot of the top users communicate and comment on eachothers memes cuz we happen to like eachother as we've gotten to know eachother and make eachother laugh. And so come the points. Good luck.

But this isn't about how many points they are getting. It is about what is actually making memes popular. If this was to be done, it would show whether their memes are actually good or if the votes are just for the user.

This has bin an ongoing gripe of many for a long time, "my original memes don't get featured" or "top users get all the front page" or "my memes come out on page 9" , "no views", the list goes on. Like I said, popular users follow eachother and "hang out" here on the flip, sure I think alot of the front pagers are marginal, but I rarely look at the front page, I spend most of my time on latest, alotta people do, and I always upvote if it makes me chuckle. I havn't seen a raydog or Dashhopes meme for awhile because they post early in the morning from the east, I'm on the left coast and see different memes. You can't figure out yhe enigma that is the flip, comment lots, stay posotive, and as top users get to know you, they will check out your profile and your votes may start going up. But be warned, the users that bitch alot, get alot of unwanted attention, and votes deffinatly go down. It's happened before, it can happen again.

Well, that was short lived. What a little bitch. I've stopped tryna be the next raydog, Dash has that covered. I just be me, have fun, cry a little, and hope one day make it to the front page.

I've never had memes made about me, besides 0ctavia_Meiody (Shadows101) about dogllorT. And Olympian's 500k upvote party meme for me, but that didn't get featured (Probably for saying "fgt" and "Commie") So he just upvoted me there.

I was gonna respond to this before the page 9er, and still waiting for the first punch in meme fight club. Any how, I wish I woulda seen that meme, I definatly woulda commented. That's cool. Jying made one several months ago of me and made a template of my truck hood I custom painted for myself, he made a template of it. He's the only ine whose ever used it. Its under custom templates "sewmyeyesshut" if you havn't seen it. You don't like my eyes sewn shut face, you're gonna love this.

What made the challenge and none of them accepted it, or a top user submitting all their memes as anonymous?

I know a top user did a similar experiment. But I don't think top users will try to disagree with you. It is a combination of factors, which include popularity and networking. Do you look at users memes who commented on your memes? Comments are really the key to imgflip.
