You're right that we should say "stop interrupting me" and "I just said that" (and I regularly do). It depends on the topic as to whether "no explanation needed" is acceptable.

By the way, interrupting and talking over people is by no means exclusive to men. I've been talked over by women plenty of times. Pretty much anyone who disagrees with you is likely to do that.

It is no surprise a man does not know what this is, since it does not affect men.
