LOL..well he was free to choose..and he decided he would try to run Heaven instead of God..we all have to own the choices we make..quit blaming God for the choices you make. No one forced no one to do anything..especially God..we all have a free will..own your mistakes

You totally missed the point. GOD says he created Evil. HE creates calamity. If HE created that evil and that calamity in the form of Satan belies the point. HE created Satan, so HE created Evil.

The free will argument always makes me laugh. If I put a gun to your mother or daughters head and say "Blow me or die" and they choose not to blow me so I shoot them..that's on them, right? I gave them a choice. No different then worship me or I send you to Hell.

Nice try..not even close..God is good and because He truly is good He wants us to do the right thing or suffer the consequences..It's not just about worshipping God..it's about not murdering people..not being evil..making yourself right with what is good..would you rather he made us more like the animals with nothing but instincts to live by??..or like robots??..no we are free moral agents..don't you want your children to grow up and be good..not even talking about worshipping you or loving you because you are their Dad..you first of all want them to do good..right??? funny thing is..if you raise them to do the right thing they probably will love you very much and be good people in this society..problem is you already have made up your mind that God is evil. You are so thrown off because you simply think you could of done things way better than God. Well you give people free will..it ties your hands..you let go of control..so what they choose is what they get..you can try to encourage them but you can't make them do anything or it is no longer free will..the way you explain it only works for you because of what you already have convinced yourself who God is..have you really read the whole Bible?? or just the parts that might seem to put God in a bad light..the Bible only makes sense in it's full context..otherwise you can make it say anything you want,,just like you are doing..just like all the cults do..no different.

As I said before, which neglected to comment on. yes, I want my kids to do right but I didn't create a torture room for them in case they didn't. It takes a sick ind to think that way.

There is no torture room..the torture is knowing you denied Christ..though the evidence was overwhelming..the torture is turning your back on your Maker and calling good evil and evil good..the only Good thing in the universe invited you into eternity and you slapped Him in the face and called Him an evil tyrant..even going as far as to say that you could of done such a better job with all your teleporting silliness..and because of your own choice..you go to your eternal death,,you perish forever..just don't say you were not invited into eternity..that excuse won't fly at judgement..you might want to look at ALL the evidence for His resurrection..might give you a reason to rethink your position on the whole matter..I've said my peace..the Lord be with you..

I must give you credit..you got me questioning other believers about the idea of eternal punishment..like I said it does not sit well with me either..never has..It makes more sense that we would simply cease to exist..as many Bible verse seem to imply..I can understand God wiping out people because they chose to become so evil..but eternal punishment i can not comprehend a loving God doing..I agree with you here. This article makes sense to me Biblically..I wonder how it will sit with other believers that believe in an eternal hell for non believers?

What is the Biblical Meaning of Perish?
.The Wicked Shall Perish: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). A double enunciation of the truth is couched in this short text. It is that eternal life is to be obtained only through Christ, and that all who do not thus obtain it will eventually perish. John testifies further on the same point in his first epistle (1 John 5:11): "And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." From which it follows, as a most natural consequence, that "he that hath not the Son of God hath not life." Verse 12.
Dr. Weymouth, head master of Mill Hill School, and one of the finest Greek scholars, says, "My mind fails to conceive a grosser misinterpretation of language than when the five or six strongest words which the Greek tongue possesses, signifying 'destroy,' or 'destruction,' are explained to mean maintaining an everlasting but wretched existence. To translate black as white is nothing to this." http://www.truthaccordingtoscripture.com/documents/death/perish.php#.WKsXhzsrKM-

Malignant narcissism is a psychological syndrome comprising an extreme mix of narcissism, antisocial personality disorder, aggression, and sadism. A "severe mental sickness" representing "the quintessence of evil". "the most severe pathology and the root of the most vicious destructiveness and inhumanity". "a disturbing form of narcissistic personality where grandiosity is built around aggression and the destructive aspects of the self become idealized".
