Can't take everybody

I'm still trying to figure out where it says EVERYONE gets the same rights as U.S. Citizens. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are exclusive and are meant only for legal U.S. Citizens.

I'm waiting for an explanation of how ANY non citizen has any legal rights in the u.s.!

Foreigners can't immigrate here? Who do you think wrote the Constitution? The Sioux? The Mohawk? The Lakota? The Apache?

He didn't say "Can't immigrate here" He said they do not have the RIGHT to immigrate here. And they don't if they are doing it illegally or pose a threat or are a criminal or wanted in their own land etc.
