You're not the only one! We have a locally-based grocery store chain whose "store-lable" foods taste superior to the top national brands!

Walmart's Great Value brand salad dressings (Zesty Italian, Blue Cheese, Ranch, Thousand Island, etc.) are better than Kraft and Wishbone, in my opinion. GV paper towels and toilet paper work as well or better. Most things, I've found, are as good or better with the GV version.

I've found that "equate" brand isn't always as good. Band-Aids, in particular, come to mind. It's got to be the real thing there.
