Brilliant idea, lure pokemon hunters or whateveer they're called, to bad neighbourhoods with nafarious characters that are sketchy and paranoid at the best of times are. What could go wrong? As long as there's no cliffs near by i guess.
IN MY TOWN, THERE ARE PUBLIC PLACES WHERE NORTH AFRICAN GROUPS STEAL AND DEAL W/DRUGS; WE PLANT LURE MODULES ALL OVER THOSE PLACES. IF ENOUGH PEOPLE ARE THERE, MAYBE THEY GET SCARED OFF..BUT I HAVE A BAD CONSCIENSE, IT'S PROBABLY DANGEROUS.
