Feminists are starting to complain about men approaching them... how do you think you make friends?

I agree. I recently read an article on snarky responses to "pickup lines". The ones discussed are simply icebreakers meant to start a conversation (not the skeevy, sexually suggestive ones). If a man asks if he's met me before, I just need to say no, I don't need to insult him and take offence that he tried to talk to me because, apparently, I'm unapproachable royalty.

And then turn around and (if they are straight) wonder why they can't find a decent romantic partner.

I've been through stuff like this before. Nothing intense, but things that leave me kind of confused. I don't go around saying hi to people (because im not social) but i know i will have to if i want the crippling loneliness to not hit me like a truck as an adult. These modern day feminists make me scared to talk to girls, because so many men are being accused to harassment and even rape because they looked at a girl, or approached her.

I feel these feminists just want to have things when they want them, and only then. But when guys want stuff like this, they say they are being stupid.

I'm glad you're not one of those people who yell harassment when a guy approaches you.
