I don't think many liberals actually say that. Certainly here in Oregon they have killed different races & mentally ill people, and often unarmed or poorly armed & this is a relatively liberal state overall. So I think it's more about disprotionality & being often harassed more than whites in many areas. Some whites would react exactly the same as blacks in the same circumstances. It could be kinda racist & inferring that blacks, etc are inferior due to their reactions. I did not realize this very well until we had a black lady stay with us--the difference is very real, but there are large differences in the degree of it.

i'm not saying that no problems exist. this was in a conversation i had with a friend. his argument was that since the news does not report cops shooting white people it does not happen at all. note that is his point of view. to be fair i think that the news under-reports cases of cops shooting white people cause (there isn't a nice way to put this so please forgive) if it bleeds it leads and race sells. the news is partly in the entertainment industry and they are looking to get viewers.

No offense, but I usually write to the general audience--most whom do not comment. And I agree with your comments anyway.

the reply was partly for you and partly for anyone who stumbles onto this meme. i'm glad you aren't offended. i do try to present my memes (funny or serious) and my slightly different (and sometimes wrong) point of view without going out of my way to be mean or overly offensive.. after all we are all here to have fun..
