We have a great friendship with all our neighbors / pretty fortunate. Help each other build fences, decks, drywall, brew beer, cut grass etc. I realize that it's pretty rare these days and we don't take it for granted.
One of my neighbors asks us to watch their dog while they are away, and gives us their house key. Which is fine. We can be trusted. But when we need someone, it's got to be family or close friends.
