Hmm...can you explain that a lil more? I never even knew resubmitting was a thing. And you say a meme's popularity can be affected by the time of day or other things?

Sorry it wasn't clearer. I mean, re-making it, and then submitting the new meme.

A different time of day doesn't guarantee more popularity, but it's possible that if you manage to submit it so it comes out at a time there is more traffic, more people could see it. If those people like it and are logged-in members, they might upvote it.

We don't really know what works, so we try different things. But I've submitted repeats of a meme, if I believe in the meme and it didn't get a good response the first time. Up to you though. :)
