With tips. And only because Michigan raised the minimum wage to what I was/am earning. The only reason I don't apply for pizza delivery is that they're all only hiring for part time in my area.
Back in the day of pay phones and no cell, i once ordered a pizza and had it delivered to a competitor pizza company. I gave them the phone booth number as my number for the verification call.

My ex stopped in at a pizza place and had it delivered to his home along with him because it was cheaper than a taxi. I can't believe the guy did it.
