Seen lots of useless MBAs much? Or good businessmen without them? Good point.

The MBA waving by some rich kids is a real cancer ! They are more like conservative bureaucrats hanging on to their privileges... The most funny ones are the "marketing" clowns : all they do is benchmarking which is "the made in china" of the art of marketing...
On the other hand the clever and successful businessmen I met have these common traits : no MBA, no Daddy's money, no fancy college degree...but a remarkable sense for feeling what the people are willing to pay for and an amazing thirst for success and yes they will "kill you" if you stand between them and their way to success !!

I just have a minor in business, but I went to a very good private university (tuition free to me) & think that some of the (rich to me) kids were dumb as rocks & greedy in the lazy way. What I'd like to see is more entrepreneurs & less corporations.

You are so right ! entrepreneurship is the real business and the real business is the true path to innovation and true innovation is the key to a sustainable and wealthy company !
The problem of corporations is that they are run by lazy arrogant bureaucrats, they act like politicians when they are in a situation of failure : they will sack the innocent workers instead of questioning their capabilities... But the most guilty are the super lazy shareholders who are doing nothing but to show up once a year in the administration council in order to cash in their attendance fees without even reading the activity report...
I too have a minor in business I obtained thanks to a scholarship obtained my local chamber of commerce, the students were like me : not rich enough to afford a fancy business grad school/college/university but all of them are incredibly successful by now... I met some fake entrepreneurs (kids working for daddy's company) and I noticed the following : they all are overweight arrogant pigs with no motivation at all, all the work is in fact done by their "collaborators" who despise them...

I wonder if you've discovered some deep universal proofs here.

I don't know about that lol ! It's just things I witnessed during my career years in my dear old Europe !
I am a young retired (40 yo) so I could raise my daughter while my wife can keep her successful career safe, and she too is fed up with the corporate bureaucrats faking their business skills...
Spending so much time with my baby girl is a bliss, an incredible happiness the likes of which I've never experienced before and this quality time gave me many ideas to found a new company when my daughter will attend school...

That's great! I work for the U.S. Postal service & I swear the bosses from local level up get no training except in micromanagement. The basic system actually works well. My wife is an excellent manager in her career; public service but she has a notable reputation for competency in the state. I am retiring in 5 weeks :)
