Alleged.. Under normal circumstances anyone else would be fighting life in prison.. But since she's the poster child for all things leftist, she gets away with everything. Tbh, the media and everyone else has invested too much in to her to let her fall. It's do or die for them.

But it's not impossible. Any honest prosecutor would file charges if they had enough evidence. That charges haven't been filed yet either means there isn't enough evidence or the prosecutor isn't honest.

And since the investigation is continuing, it's not outside the realm of possiblility that charges COULD be filed. I'm pretty sure this is what Bernie's holding out for.

Who the fck ever said banning guns will end murders? The only reason (most) liberals want to get rid of guns is because that would lead to the effect of less mass shootings, such as the Pulse Nightclub shooting, the Sandy Hook shooting and the Columbine Shooting.
