yes that is true IF you have the link to it otherwise it doesn't show up in the latest or the hot section

If you make a meme and select "go to image page" and then press the right arrow key you can see memes that have been made but not yet featured. After a while it works with the left arrow as well as more memes are made. I don't think it will work on a phone. Hope that helps :)
