because if they have and with today's technology, it would be easy to prove by letting us see that flag that was meant to have been put there through the powerful telescopes that are used to look at Mars etl

This photo depicts the landing site for Apollo 16.
You can (barely) see the lunar lander, lunar rover, flag, and flag's shadow in this photograph. But if you're still not convinced, the trail of footprints is much more visible. BOOM! Photographic evidence of a manned moon landing.

That particular rock has undergone intense scientific scrutiny. Its chemical and isotopic signatures match the lunar soil samples retrieved by unmanned American and Russian landers.

The "C"-shaped objects are most likely printing imperfections not in the original film from the camera, but only in some of the later generation copies of AS16-107-17446 (NASA's identification number for the photo). It is most likely a coiled human hair.

or the c on the rock is not placed properly like the other props as below, now come on admit it, if they did land there, then they could easily prove it. let people look through the telescope to see the flag. EASY

Ive never heard that before. I use to think the moon landing was a hoax. But when you think about it, it makes sense that the footage was staged if they had technical difficulties there.

They spotted the flags back in 2012. It appears that the flag at the Apollo 11 site was blown over by the rocket exhaust from the Lunar Lander.

Many years ago there was an Emperor so exceedingly fond of new clothes that he spent all his money on being well dressed. He cared nothing about reviewing his soldiers, going to the theatre, or going for a ride in his carriage, except to show off his new clothes. He had a coat for every hour of the day, and instead of saying, as one might, about any other ruler, "The King's in council," here they always said. "The Emperor's in his dressing room." In the great city where he lived, life was always gay. Every day many strangers came to town, and among them one day came two swindlers. ...... READ THE FRIGGIN STORY

Yep... I meet a lot of young people... even older people who don't know what Constitution is... I help put out flags on Patriotic Holidays with different groups. We put up about 400 flags downtown where I live and I meet a few good kids and it helps me stay sane...

*sigh* I'm a "young people" that knows what it is and sometimes I think I'm the only one. I'm a very American person and it pains me to see this kind of stuff happen. In fact, that whole Gorilla at the zoo in Ohio thing? I was having a conversation on here with someone and they were saying that the kid deserved to be killed instead. Like, how dumb can you get?

A space probe. It was put into space by NASA, but the probe is under the control of independent academic institutions. Several are located outside the United States, such as the German Aerospace Center. They confirm that the files show no evidence of tampering or editing.

It had happened a while back, but I'm sure at this point Extreme Leftists will use censorship and not allow the american people to have the first amendment
reply

Very ironic, since the extreme rightists have been opressing first ammendment rights to protest (coughcoughDinaldTrumpcough). So maybe. . . Fix your own party before making hypocritical statements about someone else's?
reply

Supressing their right to riot you mean.. At a rally, which is a form of free speech.
reply

Right to protest? And if I recall, the "riots" only started because people tried to forcefully remove the protesters from the area.

I was talking about feminists doing that. They were also Extreme Lefts

First of all, there have been many reports of protesters starting fights with Trump supporters for no reason (both verbally and physically), and second, protesters were actually trespassing because the Trump rallies are private events hosted in arenas rented by Trump.
reply
0 ups, 1 reply
First of all, there are two sides to every fight. Even if protesters did start something, Trump's people fought back with equal or superior force. Second, the right to assemble also includes public and private meetings such as rallies, demonstrations, and marches.
reply
0 ups, 1 reply
Oh so people being attacked don't have a right to defend themselves? And what part of "private event" did you not understand?
reply
0 ups, 1 reply
Oh so now sucker punching protesters and threatening to kill them counts as self defense? The First Amendment says that no one can be obstructed from speaking their mind and that includes protesting, as that is free speech. While state or local law may bring these protesters down for trespassing, the Supremacy Clause in Article 6 deems the National Government the Supreme Law of the Land. Therefore the local and state laws of trespassing don't apply on the Constitutional issue.
reply
0 ups, 1 reply
It's not sucker punching if they were attacked FIRST. That's what we're talking about here. They can protest OFF the grounds of the arena PEACEFULLY, which many were not. Their constitutional rights aren't being violated simply because they aren't allowed to enter the arena to protest. They're breaking a city or state law by trespassing. You can't just go anywhere you want to and claim a constitutional right to assemble. It's referring to a public space, not private. Can you just go to a movie without paying and claim it's your right to be there?

So the guy who was holding a sign and being marched out of the building somehow attacked a guy who crossed half of the building specifically to get in a shot?
Unfortunately the Constitution was written before Trump Rallies and BLM were invented, so there is a massive grey area regarding the definition of assembly and where it can be practiced. And if they are allowed to protest OUTSIDE the premises, why is that where most of confrontations between protesters and rallyers (who are trying to get rid of them more) occur?
Btw, not paying for a movie is regarded as felony theft by most states, not trespassing, so it doesn't apply.

If you don't like the couple who got married you cannot waltz into the reception and yell your displeasure. You cannot stand in the receiving line holding a sign calling the groom a facist. Even though the reception hall is a public venue it has been leased temporarily to host a private function and you are not invited. You may of course protest your head off on the sidewalk outside. This analogy may make it easier to understand.

It was, thank you.

I don't care what one guy did or did not do. Actually, it would make more sense that more confrontations would be started by Trump supporters inside and more by protesters outside, as the Trump supporters would have to pass the protesters to get inside.

The movie theater point was about a private vs public space. Movie theaters and arenas are both private spaces where people assemble which is why I brought that up. You can't just enter a private space like an arena or movie because of 1st Amendment rights without some sort of allowed entry.
