It's when someone talks down to you because they think they're smarter than you are.

Oh. I'm having that right now. I play movie star planet and this one girl user, she was being bullied last year and was really upset and wanted to kill herself. I cheered her up when I found out. Then, a few weeks ago, she starts talking to me about how my sorry little movies I make on there are no where near as good as hers. She is nice to the more popular users. But the less popular users, she treats like dirt now...

Sorry to hear that. Don't let her discourage you, and still be kind to others. Some people do appreciate it.

I wont. And I blocked her. But before I blocked her, she put really rude and mean comments in my guestbook, (which everyone on MSP can see if that person hasn't blocked you or you haven't blocked them) in my movies, and sending me mean comments...
