I'd already made most of that image for a bad luck brian meme, just had to switch the heads. I have a ton of transparent images I've made already and saved so in most cases I just have to add them real quick. It's just the result of many attempts at photo shopping, I have an extensive library to choose from, it's only when I want to use a new image that it takes time to photo shop it.
