Your perception is distorted. That's a false equivalency, because the followers of a religion =/= what the religion says. The crusades were justified, but even if they weren't, the Bible does not tell them to do such. Islam was a religion spread by the sword that states that those who do not follow Islam are idolaters.

I once argued with Gizmomeme and he gave me a good argument that hatred is not the solution, in which after that I stopped making anti-Jew posts at the time.
