Too Damn High

In Denver the houses have tripled or more in price over the past 4 years.Good for people who were able to buy in 2012 but not so much for the people just starting out :-(

Wunmor...I was going to say the exact same thing...it depends on where you're at in the country!

I live in Denver too (sorry, I don't remember if we've talked on here before). Look at home prices here as compared to somewhere in Detroit, it's a night and day difference.

For those starting out, it still makes sense to buy if you can get financed for even a small house because the rising home prices are making the rent prices go up and availability go down. My son's a realtor, let me know if you need one (shameless plug, lol).
