I don't remember ever reading anything in the terms and conditions about:
"1. All memes will be featured.
2. If for any reason your meme is not featured, or marked NSFW, the mods will always write you personal, detailed explanation about the reason why.
3. We will re-direct all traffic on the site past your meme, so that all users will have a chance to view your meme and upvote it on its merits alone.
4. All memes will be treated fairly and equally."
