- But I can say that the 'Jamar Clark' Case has been settled.. he attacked his GF, he attacked the EMTs and he attempted to acquire a Gun while resisting arrest; while NOT handcuffed

With all due respect, too many coincidences. Police statistics in the United States are littered with racism and discrimination. It’s not even a close call… The findings are absolutely earth shattering. I’ve written just a few notes for you. People of color live under a completely different legal system of “justice” than whites. It’s called institutional racism.
