Definately one of my go to combos. You can never go wrong with cream cheese and egg. I personally like bacon, egg, cheese, and jalapeño coins as well. The jalapeño gives it a nice bite, but the cheese keeps it from overwhelming you. And I mean come on, bacon makes anything better.

Damnit. Now I'm starving
