Not personally but I've seen it before. It usually takes it being offensive and they missed it, or you have some trolls downvoting you a lot. I just had one not feature that I have no idea why imgflip.com/i/12vinr It's been a weird week, things are taking forever to feature if they do, even longer than usual which I'm used to since most of mine are original templates...

I thought it was weird it didn't feature.. Most I have made with nazi's never feature, I had one that had hitler shaking an aliens hand and it never made it through. I stopped trying after that but I have seen plenty that do make it through. I guess it depends on which mod you get, it seems like at least one of them is on vacation this week. Or maybe the main guy is and the others don't want to mess up. All just guesses on my part but I try to keep in mind they are people also and they all have different opinions I'm sure...
