We have tags. They're required to submit a meme. Unless you make or find a meme with a specific tag, there's no way to actually see memes with the same tags.

Suggestion:
• add a tag searching feature

I think this would be a really good idea.

I noticed this the other day too. What I do right now is make a blank meme with all the tags I like so I can go to my images and navigate quickly to a tag.

I made a meme about this before, but I'll mention it again: The "add image" feature has a template searching option that is better than the actual meme generator, allowing you to search ALL featured templates and, optionally, user templates.

Suggestion:
• implement this search feature in the standard meme generator

Maybe a non-submitted archive for things that are more than a week old. That way you won't have to delete old comment memes, yet get them out of your non-submitted page.

Interesting how many of the suggestions here have been implemented.

We have the ability to browse all our memes, and now our comments. For some of us, that's a lot of memes/comments.

• add a "jump to page" option in the "My Images" (and/or "My Comments") pages, as well as the featured submissions from other users

expand the options of the "draw" feature, more point sizes and colors. I like the imgflip crayons :)

Good idea. Kudos. How about someone filter out some of the pointless memes, blank memes, non english, the garbly ones etc.

Well, I can think of at least one good meme that was blank. The Hell's Kitchen meme, and the name was "This meme is so raw, it's just a picture"

So the possibility of good blank memes isn't nonexistent.

But yes, the non English memes, seemingly of the same language, have taken rise. I can only assume that a mod understands them, and they're actually funny, or they just don't care about language enforcement anymore.

My top suggestion would be for an lol button as well as an up vote button.

I think another worthwhile suggestion might be to be able to "share" memes within imgflip (just like you can to other social media).

That way we could make memestreams based on our favorite topics, and "share" memes that anyone else made straight there, but they'd still get the upvotes for it.

Bring back downvotes

I've been trying to figure out for a while why we even have downvotes. Isn't it infinitely simpler to have a system where you either like it and upvote or dislike it and move on? It would keep things fairer too, since I know some people downvote everything.
