actually not a conflict... the "wage Gap" can exist in individual fields/Businesses due to Mis management, personal sexism, or 'douche baggery' the Problem is that it is constantly presented as being a Universal problem Nation wide in all levels of employment... the odds of which being higher than some one winning 6 coin tosses in a row...
