I googled undewater peoples. It is some statues sunk outside of Cancun if that helps. It is a tourist thing.

confession: when my 7 year old was born, i bought him a onesie with the attached picture with my all time favorite chuck fact (not one of my own): "Chuck Norris destroyed the periodic table because he only believes in the element of surprise." maybe that counts as my first meme? :)
