According to acuity12 (one of the mods), it's not 1 user. It was an account where they put various memes.

I clicked on that and it's pretty much a dead account...

Yeah, I know. They're not putting anything in it anymore. The point is that it isn't specifically Dylan's account. We thought it was too, but acuity12 said different.

Thanks, just realized I got it. Check out some of the dormant accounts on the leaderboard like Gameking, Entertainer28, or tekbarrier. You can really see how Imgflip has changed since then.
