Wow yeah your hands are full! Huge props to you, I just got lucky with my daughter, I did absolutely nothing to make her a clean freak, but at fifteen she makes me feel like the kid most the time. Now my 4 yr old boy is a a cross between bam bam and taz, just like I was. In the end as long as they know they are truly loved and cared for, everything else falls into the background in my opinion ;)
