Possibly referring to the 'no atheists in foxholes,' and theists (little p) persecuting atheists by assuming God exists & talking about it in a public forum. I wish that none of us would get so triggered, but that's human nature. So atheists don't want (us) to speak for (you), but we kind of assume that we aren't, IMO. But I can understand why atheists get upset, being the minority. Usually no offense is intended, but it's just what we believe. I would apologize for the intentional nasty comments said by Christians (and some ARE). No good comes from judgementalism, so I try not to be judgemental.
