Wizard and Invicta - thank you so much for your meme from the other day.

I was feeling really down about this site. It SEEMED like too much negativity, trolls, etc., like it just wasn't fun anymore. I had gone through a really rough week at work, travelling and working over 62 hours for the week (salary, no overtime), and I was just exhausted. So, I was ready to just quite this site cold turkey.

Of course, like any good addict, I couldn't stay away, and I saw the meme that Wizard made in my honor and Invicta's always awesome comment. That made all of the difference in my decision to come back.

Like I said, it SEEMED too negative, but I forgot about all of the awesome people that DO make this worthwhile. I should have taken a few moments to maybe chat with one of you to get my head right. Next time I will!

I emailed the mods to see if they could undelete my old account, but haven't heard back, so the hell with that, I'll just start fresh, which might be fun, who knows?

Thanks again. Please keep this on the down low, that this account is me. After you both reply to this, I will delete this comment. Of course, there are some pretty sharp people here that might realize that this is me, so I will admit that this is me if anyone asks, but I'm not publishing it to the general public.

Bro!! Damn I'm glad to hear from you!! Well,.. I think the admin saves all info in the cloud,... so hopefully they can get your acct back and running! BTW,... I have not had a lot of commo with the admin,... but find its best to communicate more than once,... and let them know "request#2",.... "request#3" etc.

I feel ya on some of the negativity here especially with trolls. Reallyitsjohn was a good guy and helped me hang around once when the trolls were all over me,... and someone screwing with my acct. Screw the @ssholes on this site,.. I am here for the good users like yourself! I was scrolling through the top 100 list last night again hoping it was a mistake and you were going to be there! We need you bro,... you're one of the users that keep me here,.. and I am sure others as well! No worries on the down low! Delete when you want! I'll be looking for ya!

Thanks again! What I really thought was funny, on Wizard's meme about me leaving, was Sir meme a lot's comment, "Why would anyone do that?"

He was half the reason...page long rants about not getting votes? Please! That was depressing to read, and he doesn't realize that it just turns people off to his stuff. I DV him now whenever I see him. (Oh, I better watch out, I'm talking behind his back, LOL, even though this is a public site!

Here's my logic of why popular users get upvotes and views...if U2 or the Rolling Stones put out a new CD, it's going to go to the top of the charts and make millions of dollars. If my garage band puts out a CD, nobody cares. Ya gotta pay your dues!

Maybe if he would not spend so much time writing page long rants, be a positive person, spend less time tracking how long it takes a meme to get featured and what page it lands on "Latest", he would be a more popular person and would have more time to make good memes, resulting in more views and upvotes!

Oh boy. Just got back from Michigan. Travel was a mess, but the training was top notch. Head was so far in the training I had no need to go to this site. But, I feel you. Lot of people around here just want to have fun, but it only takes a few bad apples to ruin it.

Wizard...glad all went well and glad you're back! I'm glad to be back too, LOL! I was "gone" for two days, but still viewing, even without an account, and I saw the meme that you made about me. How could I stay away after that?

There's a few of the same people that you, Invicta, and I chat with regularly that know who I am, so it's cool. It's just that I don't want to seem like I was doing it to get attention, if you know what I mean.

I emailed the mods to see if they'd turn on my old account again, but haven't heard back. It's actually kind of fun climbing the ladder again, so we'll see how it goes.
