Absolutely good word choice. Some people just don't get it.
Used to be when I worked at McDonalds I would think about the hundreds of dollars I used to make every day when I owned my own business. Or all the years I spent in college debating the finer points of English Literature. Or how I could draw a person's blood without them wincing. I would just laugh and laugh to myself ;-) And then I'd get back to scooping fries and smiling at the customers, "Good morning. How can I help you?" lol (that was the story of many of the people I worked with there. HIGHLY educated, go getters who found themselves ... at McDonalds for a minute lol)
Life is a funny thing sometimes lol One either learns to roll with it, knowing that the tide ebbs and flows, or they get sucked under. :-D
Best money I've ever made, and one of the most rewarding jobs I've ever had, was cleaning people's houses lol. The girls and I would talk philosophy while scrubbing toilets and sinks and stove scum lol

Wow, you have some awesome insight. I complain about the crappy labor jobs I had in college but that's no comparison. I'm glad you are so positive about your experiences, I don't think I would feel that way if the same happened to me. Btw, I'm a recent English lit grad. I have a decent office job now but hopefully about to move to a better one. It's tough for liberal arts majors out there!

Life changes ... a lot. :-) Try to not let it define you. One day you may be doing really great, try not to believe what you think that means about you lol Because one day you won't be ... and it will try to convince that means some things too. lol
