Worked in the '40's and '50's for our parents and grandparents who benefited from the GI bill...but not from new businesses, from the fatcats. 40%...and it didn't kill them or even make them poor. Their excesses built our country. Only when big interests started bribing congress did the tax rates go down and the deficit go up.
