OH STFU, you kosher egalitarian. Think about it. They have had the same amount of time (circa 10-15,000 years) as the rest of humanity to invent written language, metal tools, architectural marvels, etc. on their own, but they didn't! How is it that most sub-Saharan African peoples being still mostly in the stone age is Europe's fault? Its not! Look at their average IQ levels, especially of those in Africa itself! Its often below 80-85! Its genetic more than environmental.
