The speed and efficiency of a combat element is only as great as is weakest member. This decision by Ash Carter is going to get a lot of good men killed or injured. We asked for an exemption, but were denied because it would be 'unfair' and 'unequal'. There is nothing about war that is 'fair' or 'equal', only who can gain the greatest advantage.
