Yeah, I've had trouble getting stuff through had that ISIS or Terrorist on them. I guess the mods must be going to ESU (Eastern Syria University)

I just had one featured with isis on the meme,... its a hit or miss with mods. I have also stopped using the words muslim and islam. I replaced it with religion of peace. That seems to feature. I made a meme about an ISIS doll some time back,... had to change it to get it featured,... it went front page. I wish mods let users decide.
