In order for club's bounce (trail edge) to skim thru the sand...you must flip the left wrist as shown here ...this is the only time the left wrist should flip thru impact
Flipping thru impact allows the clubhead to overtake the hands quickly... which keeps the clubface square thru impact with increased loft and a high ball trajectory.
