Do not let the left hip get too low in the BS ..use the hip hike to keep hip relatively level

Left hip resists the turn and THIS keeps the hip higher

Note how golfer lifts left heel slightly and replants at start of downswing ...key to maintaining level height of hips thru-out swing.
