Tips to properly beat DOOM Eternal like a pro
1: Never Stop Moving: I know you hear this in literally every damn tutorial but it is actually super important, this is a game that forces you to be constantly in the air, dashing and jumping, while raining bullets on demons, and the demons themselves make you to move, if you stand for more than 5 seconds in DOOM, you're gonna become a 3-day feast for the demons, it's even better if you learn movement tech like Meathook Swinging, Ballista Boosting, Wall Dashing and other stuff
2: Do Not Stick To A Single Weapon: DOOM Eternal has 9 weapons, and most people probably think "hey i have 9 to choose from, why don't i perfect one and go with it" NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT, well you can but it is somewhat useless to do, this isn't Call Of Duty, and each weapon can play it's own roles, The Heavy Cannon with the Precision Bolt Mod and The Combat Shotgun with Sticky Bomb mod can snipe a demon's weak point, Super Shotgun can be used for devastating close-range damage, and Plasma Rifle to explode a Soldier's Shield
3: Don't Overcomplicate Quick-Swapping: I was one of these guys myself, you see all these videos on youtube doing all of these super fast quick swapping and you would definitely want to do it yourself, and that's not a problem, and you put all your effort into doing those swaps, you see there is the problem you need to understand the rhythm of the game before doing stuff like that, where does the demon spawn?, will another demon enclose me?, will the blast damage lower my own health?, all of that, so try to be patient and understand the game, besides you don't need to learn high level quick swapping to beat DOOM, it's a faster way yes, but not the only way
4: Use All Of Your Equipment: DOOM Eternal has 4 different equipment, Flame Belch for Armor, Chainsaw for ammo, Frag Grenade for dealing AOE damage and Faltering, and Ice Bomb for freezing enemies in place, but try to use all of the equipment as much as possible, but be wary of where your using it, because DOOM Eternal is a very chaotic game, so you have to find the right time to get as maximum damage as possible
4: Use The Surroundings and Slayer Points Efficiently: DOOM gives you a lot of customization for your playstyle, some like to play precisely, some like to play calmly, and some like to play chaotically, but you gotta use the right tools for the job, but try to get Air Control as your first Rune, this is will increase your control while being in the air
