So, as you might have seen, there was a meme on the front page of the fun stream that was talking about how SOME Pride members don’t seem to care about men’s mental health.
That post was by me.
My goal was to spread the word about Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. Because over 500,000 men die from (you know what) every year.
However, some people didn’t take that lightly
The post got taken down while having 135 COMMENTS. 70 of those were from an infinite-long argument with somebody.
What’s worse?
I got flagged, not just flagged, but what I believe to be flagged several times.
Because I feel like I have to do this, I’m sorry to the Pride community.
And I may sound rude, because it’s how I type, but I have positive goals of spreading awareness to men’s mental health.

It isn't necessary to apologize. I've seen a lot of people in the Pride community vouch for MMHAM, the ones who flagged you and argued are the extremist LGBTQ people. They have similar, yet different views from the genuinely nice people in the Pride community. While I don't agree with Pride views, I believe the extremists who misunderstand what homophobia is don't deserve to call themselves a part of the Pride community.
