The ironic part of the trans movement is they don't seem able to see the truth in front of them. Surgery and hope doesn't change anything. A midget telling a doctor to make him taller so he can be the basketball player he was born to be would get referred to a shrink. So much for I was born this way.

Such is the Tolerance of the Dialectics of the
Struggles of the Marginalized, Vulnerable, and perpetually Oppressed MARXISTS,
and their futally persistent, yet tiresome Schtick List of Critical, Crisis, Urgent Vocabulary,
via language wars waged to get attention, and wield power over their neighbors.

It's both funny and fascinating, because it shows that (weird though it may seem to some) trans people have always been with us.

And they've always been considered a weird fringe minority to be ignored.

Yep, they've always been a minority, but as the Bible reminds us, it is how we treat our weak and our minorities that is the real measure of us as people and a society. Matthew 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’"

If a trans person bleeding and dying in a ditch, I will help that person. However I will never, EVER, accept their sin behavior.

I'm assuming you'd say the same of a person with tattoos, since the Bible states clearly: "You shall not make any cuts on your body for the dead or make any tattoo marks on yourselves." (Leviticus 19:28)
7 ups, 2mo
I don't treat them any different from anyone else and I don't need a Bible to tell me that. Unless of course they treat me differently by getting up in my face and assuming I'm a bible thumper that is out to get them, then they'd be asking for trouble. And that would be them perpetuating their own victimhood.

There's a difference between being a REAL minority, like being poor or being disabled, vs. making up a new kind of minority and forcing yourself to be one, such as being "transgender".
3 ups, 2mo,

I'm talking about real minorities. Ones that aren't the person's fault. Not a bunch of mentally-ill people cutting off their organs and calling themselves victims. Which is quite a new trend, actually

The fact that you say people are born gay/trans AND that God doesn't exist is kinda contradictory
Christians professing how putting their faith in God has stopped them from having same-sex attraction, continues to be the downfall of both of those arguments
Because in reality, being trans comes from indoctrination. That's why they're popping up all over the place all of a sudden
0 ups, 2mo
When did I say that God doesn't exist? Although whether or not God exists, people are born brown- and blue-eyed, right- and left-handed, and gay and straight, trans- and cis-. Variety is real, and all that's up to you is whether you think, A. "Wow! Look at the amazing complexity of God's work!" or B. "Wow, look at all the variety that comes out of natural processes!" or (and this is the one I don't understand) C. "God created all of this and he is perfect and omnipotent, and he created some people who were born naturally wrong and against his own perfect, all-powerful plan."

A and B are logically consistent; C makes no sense.
2 ups, 2mo,
1 reply
Well C is where sin and corruption come in
But still, we have testimonies of ppl changing back to cisgenderism/straight
0 ups, 1mo
You don't see the logical inconsistency of C, I C. Wouldn't the God who is love and loves all of his children in all of their variety be a much worthier object of worship than the God who makes people's love wrong from birth and tells them to be ashamed of their consensual, mutual love with another adult?

There is no argument that you can marshal against gay people's love being valid that wasn't previously used by the Jim Crow "anti-misegenation" movement.

1 Corinthians 13:11, and “That which is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow. That is the entire Torah, AND THE REST IS COMMENTARY. Now go and study.” (Rabbi Hillel, emphasis added)

Conservatives don't ignore. They scream about accepting them as they are when they themselves can't accept themselves as they are. I'm not going to call an obvious man "miss" or "ma-am", it validates their mental illness which is denying reality. Reality says a "transman" has a p**is and balls and therefore is not a woman. For reference see all the people screaming because straight men won't date transwomen.

You clearly don't know what a conservative is

We'd love to but leftists insist on forcing us to use their pronouns which we have no idea what they want used. It's only that that makes people hate them. Don't force us to use natural language to indulge these freaks illusions.

I'd say, "very rarely happens". There's always the outlier that the right wing media amplifies, but generally, sexual violence tends to happen within ethnic or cultural groups and not cross the lines. https://bjs.ojp.gov/content/pub/pdf/cv20sst.pdf (p. 6) says that this is true of all violent crimes in the US.

You realize that there's a selection bias there, and it's well-demonstrated by the statistics on drug use across different ethnic groups versus drug incarceration across different ethnic groups.

"Black people comprise 13 percent of the U.S.
population, and are consistently documented by the
U.S. government to use drugs at similar rates to
people of other races. But Black people comprise 30
percent of those arrested for drug law violations –
and nearly 40 percent of those incarcerated in state or
federal prison for drug law violations."

Fun facts, rapes are global.
DUH
1 up, 1mo
Yes by all means allow all the rapists around the world into your country because hey, citizens commit rape as well. What an ignorant argument.
1 up, 1mo
A culture that leads to less fathers in the home and glorifies thuggery affects outcomes.

We are talking about percentages compared to population percentages. Obviously the larger population has higher sheer numbers. The point is 13% commit 50%. Are you saying white murderers were let go? 😂 keep dreaming no racism forced them to commit murder. The culture and environment that glorifies a lifestyle did.
