Very easy. Men. All men are created equal.

But as it was written, men were identified as free, monied, land owning, Protestant British and Germanic adult males. Not women. Not Catholics. Not any other religion. Not any other ethnicity or race.

All men did not apply to all men any more than it applied to horses and cattle and dogs and dear and crows and oaks and grass on the prairie.

People who were treated as slaves or as infestations whose sole purpose is to be slaughtered and removed from their homelands were not considered men who are equal to British man.

The Constitution did not have the list everything on Planet Earth that was not considered a man because what was considered a man was a given, it was accepted, it was understood.

So lacking in experience or education to be commentating on The Constitution or The Colonies prior.

Maryland Colony had a constitution and was established as a CATHOLIC ENGLISH COLONY.
GEORGIA WAS Established AS A SLAVE FREE British Colony.
It Birthed the Enlightenment and the Methodist sect of the CofE Anglican Church.
England established the Institution of Slavery within it's american Colonies for cheap labor.

Fun that Great Britain Paid their Slave Owners for their Property Loss as described in the Magna Carta.in 1837
Unfortunate 25yrs later, that Great Britain didn't pay the Slave Owners in the USA for
descendants of Slaves they left there too. So sad they could not live up to Wilberforce dream there.

At Ease , WTF do you know?
Are females included in the Term " Mankind." ? Make note to self. Yes, why yes all are in the inclusion.

Regardless, in context at this BARBARIAN time, women were protected in their household by their
Men that were created Equal. It was a start. So, stop whining. Otherwise, your progressive progression might have been complete from the getgo; and you'ld have nothing to discuss, live HAPPILY Ever After like a fairytale Utopia, and never Pursue Happiness, just have it handed to you from birth..

Mankind is a given, it is accepted, it is understood. Too bad for you. Exclude yourself, if that's freedom.

Ya and you dont even have free speech. If we are arrogant you are weak. You let foreigners come to your country and impose their will upon you and rape your daughters and your Magna Carta does nothing.

😂 not if you aren’t free to speak your mind without a visit from the authorities. UK jails way more people for speech crimes than Russia. You don’t have free speech.

Really, can you openly criticize Islam? Or speak about the insanity of transgenders in female spaces without a visit from the authorities.

Just because Chawls Da Turd wears a dress as a married father of two boys, during his historical Phone Titillation Conversation with your Harlot Adulterer S**t you now call Q-Consort "Camel-Uh" doesn't mean you'll ever get braces on those massive chiclets in every town.

Those Radical Islamicist neighbors of yours will keep you from getting a wink of sleep, yet what do they think of Transgenders? I'm sure it will all work out fine at Tea Time with Halal Sandos.

Go ahead, let’s try it. Say something critical of Islam and I’ll report it to the UK authorities let’s see if you get a visit.

You guys are the ones always bringing up transgenders. No one else gives an f except when they demand to be in girls spaces. The mentally ill are to be pitied not glorified.

Did we ever learn or read The British Pamphleteer Thomas Paine ?
Lucy Worsley visits his home in the BBC documentary regarding the split, 250yrs ago

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zyV4ApGies

The UK's Lucy says:
The French Lost The 1756 Seven Years War, only to defeat England through the USA
War of Independance/.Revolutionary War by 1783 for stealing Canada from them. How's that feel ?

British Common Law, with beginnings in the Magna Carta, is the basis of Law in the USA's Constitutional Republic. This is progress, or an improvement upon Governance of the Parliamentary Monarchy which you wankers hang onto.

To state that the monarchy has no relevance in the UK's modern government, then why does the Prime Minister report to the monarch each day to confer? Pure Poppycock.

The USA Citizens are no more arrogant than their British Common Law beginnings.

This is what the Magna Carta did to people who were not English. They still continued stomping on the Welsh and the Scottish in Britain for centuries after the Magna Carta was scrolled. English commoners as well.

How many hundreds of millions did the English kill. For spices. For spices. The blandest food the world had ever known, and they waged war and massacred millions in Asia for spices that they never even used. What did they do, sell these spices to Spain and Portugal?

Half of a Iran starved between 1917 and 1919 just so that the British can stay fat on pistachios. People starving while their food was carted away so that the British can stay fat. Stay fat. Perhaps somebody should have Xeroxed some copies of the Magna Carta as a food substitute for Iranian food that was taken away from the very farmers that grew it. So that the British can stay fat. Stay fat. During WWI Stay fat. Fat. 10 million people starve to death so the British can stay fat. Fat.

How about the Bangladeshi famine because of a British salt tax. How many dead for a British salt tax. A salt tax.

What you said about your house is really interesting given that English settlement of Australia began a decade after the American Revolution when it became rather apparent America would no longer be available as a penal colony to dump British convicts in.

Or perhaps your family's house was originally some sort of administrative building that was built prior to wholesale settlement of Australia?

Or are you talking about some structure that is still standing there that was built by the Aboriginals that you said you were one of?

An Australian Aboriginal up in arms over a perceived slight to the British.
Now I've heard everything.

Funny how your only knowledge of the injustices of history focus on the English and Americans. As if exploitation was not a thing before them. That requires extreme ignorance or cognitive denial.

I did. That's what my whole comment is about. It's about Australia. Where that user claim to be from, and also England with the Magna Carta, also where that user claimed to be from. And then back to Australia.

How can you not tell Australia apart from America? Do those look like Native Americans to you?

My gosh.

No, the point I made and repeatedly have made not just for this comment but for others from you is that you did not read it. And if you actually did read any of it, you simply did not understand it because English is not your primary language.

Want to hear ironic? Years ago I had actually figured that you were probably a legit American. Why? Because foreigners are far better with their English spelling and grammar then the average Right Winger from the US tends to be. I had attributed your errors to the educational system and a lack of applying yourself.

That coupled with your over-the-top ardent defense of a certain country-that-can-not-be-named, it became rather apparent that those errors were not the result of a standard US education, but rather that of someone not from here.

You literally took a defense of the American Constitution over the Magna Carta and Britain & Australia as an attack on America.

In that long tome, this bit is all I said about America to that memer who had claimed to be an Australian Aboriginal and then British instead on the very next day:

"What you said about your house is really interesting given that English settlement of Australia began a decade after the American Revolution when it became rather apparent America would no longer be available as a penal colony to dump British convicts in."

I quite literally have no idea what angle you managed to get out of that and the rest of my comment to come out with that pretzelated non-applicable partisan hack spiel that is so unrelated it doesn't even qualify as a Strawman.

I thought your semantics stance was that there is free speech?

Now you tell us there is speech
that can get a person into legal trouble if it is deemed "Racist"
Who is free to say it, and who is not? You just wrote it. Does that make you Racist ?
How is such proven in a court of law? Subjective intent ? Objective guesswork?
