I had 1 male full-time teacher in ALL of high school. The only other males were Education Assistants or had niche roles like teaching woodwork or teaching ICT. Also, most daycares don't allow men, because people are sexist these days. (Don't know if it's like that for you, but it is where I live)

Also, that male teacher was one of my best. I have severe special needs and me and him just clicked. His brother couldn't speak properly until he was 10 years old.
