Driving privileges are NOT being revoked:

As of February 26, 2026, Kansas law requires driver's licenses to reflect the "sex at birth" reversing previous policies. A new law prohibits changing gender markers to match gender identity and invalidates existing licenses of transgender residents that do not match birth sex. Transgender individuals are being notified to obtain new, corrected licenses.
