That rig is for exporting blender animations to Roblox.  The advantage of using blender is that it has auto smoothing

That was my second thought on why you'd use a Roblox rig in Blender. (Exporting Blender animations to Roblox) Also, just how good is "auto-smoothing?"

You still need to put some work in but it is very good, especially if you are bad at animating or need to work faster
