Thats a generous description because they have their own raw prowess and technological and mechanical enhancements (exoskeletons, armor, etc etc). So also something lower.

(Withered for a bloodfiend means that their senses are depleted and their sanity is tanked, decreasing their offense and defense.
By power I mean his Blood magic, not physical prowess. His strength is changed by his Withered state, his power was changed due to him giving it away.
Hardblood synergy is him accumulating blood to create armor and more powerful weapons, the more blood he gets, he stronger and more powerful his armor and weapons become)
(The mechanical, technological and bio-mechanical enhancements of the soldiers vary, but they easily double or triple their strength. Their power increases depending if they have fire/electrical/elemental enhancements as well)
