Actual slander is pretty much lying about someone to lower their reputation, but the meme kind of slander isn't. I make slander memes to poke fun at certain things and user on this stream, but it's all true, I don't target one specific user, and it's just fun to do. I even will sometimes make fun of myself.
This image actually did get disapproved for "img-abuse" but another moderator reapproved it.
