The leftist teachers controlling the nation's public school systems and universities for the last several decades have got a lot to answer for by way of both incompetence and malicious ideological intent in regards to how they 'educated' their students for the last several generations.

Oklahoma was 100% republican in the 2024 election and has some of the worst education in the country (among other things).
Massachusetts on the other hand was 100% dem and has some of the best education in the country.
