While what Roblox did in regards to banning schlep was wrong, and a terrible idea, it wasn't necessarily illegal (even if their allowing of p3d0s to roam their site freely is), so if schlep did try to sue a massive corporation, he'd undoubtedly lose a lot of money.

I'm not a lawyer, nor ever likely to be. I simply meant that the case was weak enough that, with the resources at roblox's disposal, they could easily win a court case against a single person. Money to hire lawyers is far more abundant for corporations than for YouTubers.
