It's hard to explain, but Youtube now has a thing where it uses Ai to detect if you are a child, just based off your watch history. And to confirm if you are an adult, you are required to send a selfie, government ID, or credit card.
And supposedly Youtube just detects all cartoons as children's content. Probably even if it's something like Happy tree friends. Which is a cartoon that looks extremely kid friendly, but then turns out to be extremely graphic.
